We strive to get all orders shipped the same business day, when your order is placed before 10:00am PST. All orders placed after will be shipped first thing the following business day.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Refunds and Returns Policy
Mars Parachutes Very rarely get returned items However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help. We offer a 30-day ‘buyer’s remorse’ return policy. Mars Parachutes offers Limited Lifetime Manufactures Defect Warranty. Our Limited lifetime warranty is non-transferrable. You must be the original owner to receive warranty coverage on the Mars Products.
